DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

Amaze Expo respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for processing counter-notifications.

Our website, which publishes content on topics such as luxury design, functionality, and home aesthetics, aims to be a source of original and lawfully shared material. We expect our users and contributors to uphold the same standards. Any material found to infringe on copyrighted works will be promptly removed.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content available on Amaze Expo infringes on your copyrighted work, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must be a written communication and include all of the following information to be valid:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Include enough detail for us to locate the material, such as the specific URL(s) on amaze-expo.com.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Amaze Expo to contact the complaining party. This includes an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please allow us a reasonable time to review and respond to your notice. Incomplete notices may cause delays or prevent us from processing your request effectively.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication and include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that Amaze Expo has removed or disabled access to, and the location where the material appeared before its removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Amaze Expo may be found). You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Amaze Expo maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If a user is found to have repeatedly uploaded or published infringing material, their access to our website and services may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringer.

This policy helps ensure a respectful environment for original content creators and maintains the integrity of our platform for topics like luxury interiors and functional design concepts.
